Dozens of formats, millions of rows
Spotify, YouTube, TikTok and distributors send CSV, XLSX and ZIP files in different layouts, every month.
Now is Digital imports reports from 19 sources, matches every line to a recording in your catalogue, calculates the quarter according to each recording's contract and gives every rights holder an exact statement. No spreadsheets, no manual retyping.
Real screens of the system, with fictional data from the demo label “Demo Records” (interface shown in Croatian).
Reports the system reads on its own
Every platform sends its own format, the catalogue changes daily, and artists are waiting for their statements. Now is Digital turns all of it into one workflow you can verify.
Spotify, YouTube, TikTok and distributors send CSV, XLSX and ZIP files in different layouts, every month.
A duplicated ownership record or shares that don’t add up to 100% silently change the payout, and nobody notices until it’s too late.
“How much did I earn, and from where?” arrives by email and phone, and the answer is put together by hand.
Run each step on its own, or all of them in sequence with one click. The system waits for each step to finish before starting the next.
The system recognises the source, month and file layout. Large reports go straight into the database, with no spreadsheet steps in between.

Recordings are matched by ISRC, additional and video ISRCs, and album EAN. Anything unmatched gets its own screen: a suggested recording, one-click linking, or a new recording created from the unmatched line.

Each recording has its own rights holders and rates for standard release, compilation, digital sales and YouTube. The system applies them to every revenue line and totals them per person.

Before booking, the system checks the catalogue for the quarter you are calculating. Every serious error states what will happen to the money, and how much.

Booking locks the quarter, creates a PDF statement for every rights holder and publishes it on the portal. If something needs correcting, the booking can be reversed, with a record of who did it and when.

Recordings, track lists, albums and contributors are linked the way they are in real life. The share entered on a recording is the share that gets paid.
ISRCs are assigned automatically and checked for duplicates. Master WAVs can be played and downloaded after sign-in.
Build a track list, lock it, and create an album from it with an EAN and cover art.
Artists, writers, arrangers and rights holders, with a warning when a similar contributor already exists.
Standard, compilation, digital and YouTube, for each rights holder separately.
Ten automatic checks run across the whole catalogue. Every finding states what will happen to the money and how much, calculated on actual revenue from the last four quarters.
The same person entered more than once on a recording. Consequence: paid several times over.
Rights holders add up to more than 100%. Consequence: payout exceeds revenue.
Revenue goes to the first match found. Consequence: money goes to the wrong rights holder.
A rights holder who no longer exists is still on the recording. Consequence: the share is paid to no one.
The recording has streaming revenue but no rate entered. Consequence: the artist receives €0.
The same person under two records (same tax ID or name). Consequence: earnings split across two ledgers.

Portal for artists and writers
Every rights holder gets their own access: earnings by quarter and platform, PDF statements, balance with investments and advances, and their most-played recordings. No emails, no waiting.
Every amount can be traced from the line in the platform report to the entry on the rights holder’s ledger.
Revenue by source, recording, album and rights holder, compared with previous periods.
All earnings, investments, advances and payouts for one person in one place, with PDF and Excel export.
Recording, video and advance costs are tied to a project and recouped from earnings automatically.
Every booked quarter is kept with its statements, exactly as it was paid.
Statements in euros and pounds, with separate per-country runs where the contract requires it.
A booking can be reversed, and the system records who did it, when and why.
The system holds financial data and unreleased recordings, so protection is built in at every level, from sign-in to server.
Cloudflare Turnstile stops bots, and repeated failed attempts block the address automatically.
Editors manage the catalogue; only administrators see finance and booking.
Master WAV files are never publicly available, not even through a direct link.
Every portal view is limited to the signed-in rights holder’s data.
Recordings and cover art are kept in separate storage, apart from the application.
Catalogue fixes and booking reversals are logged and can be undone.
Before you switch, the new system calculates the same quarter as your current one, and we compare the results line by line.
Catalogue, rights holders, contracts and royalty history from your current system.
A real quarter calculated on your data, side by side with the old system.
Every difference explained: a catalogue change, an error or a correction.
Your first live quarter in the new system, with our support.
Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, YouTube, Deezer, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, Amazon Music, Tidal, SoundCloud, Pandora, iHeartRadio, KKBOX, NetEase, Tencent, Vevo, distributors such as Believe, The Orchard and ADA, and physical sales. We add new sources based on your report format.
For a catalogue of 120,000 recordings and 19 sources, a whole quarter, from import to booking, takes a few hours of processing. Steps can run in sequence on their own, without anyone sitting at the computer.
The revenue doesn’t disappear. Unmatched lines are shown with their amount and a suggested recording from the catalogue. Links are remembered, and a new recording can be created straight from an unmatched line.
Yes. We handle the migration, and before you switch we calculate the same quarter alongside your old system and compare the results line by line.
As soon as a quarter is booked, statements are on the artist portal, where each rights holder sees their earnings, PDF statements and balance. Email delivery can be switched on if you want it.
On servers in the European Union, with daily database backups. Recordings and cover art are kept in separate storage.
