What this website does not do

• It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
• There is no analytics, advertising or visitor tracking.
• Fonts, images and scripts are served only from our own server, so your browser contacts no third-party service when you visit.
• The server keeps no logs of visits to this website.

This is why the website does not ask for cookie consent.

When we process your data

If you email us, we process the information in your message (name, email address, company and content) to reply, arrange a demo and prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep messages for as long as the conversation lasts and no longer than two years after the last contact, unless it leads to a contract.

Hosting

The website is hosted on a server in the European Union (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany), which acts as a processor and provides infrastructure only. All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing and to object to it. Send requests to info@nowisdigital.com. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).

This policy covers the public website nowisdigital.com. Data processing in the applications themselves (label administration and artist portal) is governed by the contract with the record label that uses them.
